Statera, a Brookline, MA-based company trying to solve the physician compensation and attrition issue, raised $2.5m in funding.
The round was led by DWP Capital, with participation from In Revenue Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and development efforts.
Founded by CEO Amy Jackson, Statera is a Software-as-a-Service platform that personalizes clinician compensation and performance management. It provides timely, actionable compensation and care insights to physicians, executive leaders and hospital systems and eliminates the emotional and financial cost of physician burnout, while increasing retention.
